SHIPPING POLICY

We ship anywhere in the Continental U.S., for Alaska & Hawaii please place your order and we will email you any shipping fees over $10.00. 

The following are the methods of shipment:

1) U.S. Postal Service Mail  FREE   (except Alaska and Hawaii)

2) U.S. Postal Service Express Flat Rate $19.50 (except Alaska and Hawaii)

 

We usually ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. When we ship out the order we will send a confirmation  e-mail with the tracking number.  Packages are usually received within 3-5 business days of shipment.  Sorry we do not ship anywhere else at this time.

 

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 10 days of the shipment date under the following conditions (Except for engraved items. There are no returns for engraved items). We must be notified by e-mail brenda@ohmy-giftsgalore.com, the product is undamaged and 100% within its original packaging and the tags are attached.  All original receipts and invocies accompany the purchase.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by packaging slip,  and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return.  When you return an item follow the instructions on the packing slip.  You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.  A credit will be issued on your credit card that will appear on your billing statement.
